We are introducing an AI tool that helps prevent the loss of knowledge and the fragmentation of information in the field, with the concept of "turning tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, and search into conversation."
Hirocon has developed "SmartAssistra," a system that uses a local LLM to learn from and leverage internal information and individual expertise while maintaining the security of external data.
SmartAssistra provides the following key features:
- "Help Desk Function" for centrally managing internal documents
- "Product Identification Function" based on actual product photos and images of parts
- "Knowledge QA Function" that uncovers tacit knowledge and enables knowledge sharing through conversational interaction
At the exhibition, we also offer a demo version that lets you experience the actual operation, making it easier to envision how it can be applied to real business operations.
We also plan to introduce our products, such as the traceability management system “HimasTracer” and “WorkNote,” a tool for digitizing documents such as drawings, as appropriate.
