    1. Significant Reduction of Iron Loss with Amorphous Core
An Fe-based amorphous alloy is used as a laminated motor core.
Its non-crystalline structure significantly reduces magnetic hysteresis loss, greatly suppressing iron loss during high-speed rotation.
Compared with conventional electrical steel cores, heat generation at high-speed operation is substantially reduced.

    2. High-Speed Rotation with High Torque
Reduced heat generation expands the continuous operation range of the brushless motor.
Even at ultra-high speeds of 75,000 rpm, high torque is maintained.

    3. High Efficiency and Energy-Saving Design
Reduced iron loss and heat generation directly improve motor efficiency.
High output performance with lower power consumption makes this motor ideal for energy-saving and sustainability-conscious equipment.

    4. Proprietary Manufacturing Technology for Difficult-to-Machine Materials
The “thin, hard, and brittle” amorphous alloy is successfully commercialized as a motor core using Citizen Electronics’ proprietary press forming and lamination technologies.
Stable mass production of high-performance materials is another key advantage.
