This product is primarily intended for R&D engineers working on motors and robotics, as well as engineers responsible for the design and evaluation of EV/HEV motors.
It is also widely applicable to quality control departments handling inspection of magnetized products, designers evaluating magnetization accuracy of magnetic encoders and rotary angle sensors, and developers of magnetic application products such as smartphones, speakers, and VCMs.

Use Scenes (English)
This system can be used for magnetization quality inspection and lot control of motor rotors and magnets, as well as for magnetization evaluation of EV/HEV motors and comparison with simulation results.
It also supports evaluation of magnetization accuracy for magnetic encoders and rotary angle sensors, as well as demagnetization testing and defect analysis (such as phase deviation and magnetization non-uniformity).
The system supports both rotational and linear measurements, allowing a wide variety of workpieces to be measured with a single unit, including SPM rotors, IPM rotors, outer rotors, VCMs, disk magnets, flat magnets, and solenoids.
Measurement data can be visualized in various formats, such as 2D graphs, 3D graphs, contour maps, and vector maps, and can also be directly analyzed in Excel. -
