The equipment is used in post-assembly magnetizing processes, where high-coercivity magnets such as neodymium are fully magnetized after being assembled into a rotor. Capacitor-discharge pulse magnetizing generates an instantaneous strong field unattainable with DC power supplies, achieving reliable saturation magnetizing. Magnetizing yokes are designed and manufactured to match each customer's workpiece shape, number of poles, and required field strength, covering everything from IPM and SPM rotors to special arrays. For teams without dedicated equipment, our contract magnetizing service handles prototypes and small lots — verify magnetizing quality with a trial before investing in equipment.

We simulate the time-varying magnetic field during magnetizing in 3D to optimize yoke geometry and windings. By concentrating the field efficiently with no waste, we achieve reliable magnetizing with less input energy.
