Target Sector (English)
A vibrating mill is equipment that grinds materials in a short time by generating high-speed circular vibration of a milling chamber containing media and raw materials on springs, causing intense collisions between the media and materials.
Both dry and wet milling are possible, with the choice of batch or continuous operation.
Main target industries:
Ceramics manufacturers, textile manufacturers, electronic materials manufacturers, electronic components manufacturers, magnetic materials manufacturers, abrasive manufacturers, metal materials manufacturers, conductive materials manufacturers, building materials manufacturers, ferrite manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, beverage manufacturers, food manufacturers, and more. -
Use Scenes (English)
We offer milling solutions for the production of powder raw materials.
We handle a wide range of milling needs tailored to customer requirements, including fine milling of hard materials and milling without contamination from inorganic foreign matter.
We also support scale-up from small laboratory machines.
We address the following needs:
- Milling hardened raw materials
- Rapid milling of materials
- Fine milling of fibers
- Milling while preventing agglomeration
- Reducing man-hours for liner replacement
- Reducing liner wear
- Minimizing metal contamination during milling
- Milling while preventing oxidation of materials
- Reducing nitrogen gas consumption during milling
- Processing raw materials into flakes
- Shaving off the surface of raw materials
- Milling while increasing bulk density of materials
- Preventing powder scattering during loading and unloading
- Automating the milling process
- Speeding up material discharge after milling
- Containing and discharging odors after milling -
Sales point (English)
<What is a Vibrating Mill?>
A vibrating mill is equipment that grinds materials in a short time by generating high-speed circular vibration of a milling chamber containing media and raw materials on springs, causing intense collisions between the media and materials.
FEATURES:
1. Fine Milling — Even Diamonds
By subjecting the milling chamber to high-speed circular vibration, strong impact forces are generated between the milling media and the material.
This enables ultrafine milling of extremely hard materials, such as diamond.
2. Can select the milling method best suited to the raw material
- Both dry and wet milling are possible
- A wide range of milling from medium to fine is possible
- Can select the liner material
- Can mill while cooling the milling chamber and suppressing milling heat
3. Usable for special applications
- Mixing, crushing, and increasing bulk density can be performed simultaneously
- Inert gas milling possible
4. Improves work efficiency
- Faster milling than a ball mill
*Milling chamber is driven in high‑speed circular vibration (1,000–1,200 cycles/minute)
- All parts can be disassembled, making part replacement and maintenance easy
- Easy to automate
| Size / capacity (English) | Capacity of continuous vibrating mill: 100 to 5,500 kg/hr Capacity of batch vibrating mill: 10 to 500 L |
