At Plant Show 2026, we will exhibit our flagship Vibrating Dryer and Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer, with live demonstrations at our booth. Acrylic components allow you to watch how powder materials move inside the dryers during operation.
The displayed models are suited for small-scale production and research. Larger machines for mass production are also available — please feel free to consult with us regarding scale-up.

A vibrating dryer is equipment that generates high-speed circular vibrations of the drying chamber on springs, agitates powder using only vibration, and dries materials through indirect heating under vacuum conditions.
Capable of drying a wide range of materials — from slurries, pastes, and cake-form materials to powders.

The VH-25 Vibrating Dryer on display is constructed entirely of stainless steel, preventing rust not only from the inside but also from the exterior. This eliminates the risk of contamination from rust or other foreign matter — not only during drying, but also during material loading, discharge, and cleaning.
The machine has a proven track record in the production of materials requiring cleanroom environments, such as electronic components and fine chemicals, where zero contamination is absolutely critical. -

<What is a Vibrating Dryer?>
A vibrating dryer is equipment that generates high-speed circular vibrations of the drying chamber on springs, agitates powder using only vibration, and dries materials through indirect heating under vacuum conditions.
FEATURES:
1. Contamination-Free Drying!
The drying chamber is vibrated so that the powder is agitated only by vibration (there are no agitator blades inside the chamber). As a result:
- No contamination from agitator blade shaft seals
- No contamination due to wear of agitator blades
- Minimal contamination due to wear of the chamber
In addition, a wide range of linings is available to prevent various types of contamination.

A vibrating mill is equipment that grinds materials in a short time by generating high-speed circular vibration of a milling chamber containing media and raw materials on springs, causing intense collisions between the media and materials.

By subjecting the milling chamber to high-speed circular vibration, strong impact forces are generated between the milling media and the material.
This enables ultrafine milling of extremely hard materials, such as diamond.
