    RICOS Lightning is a solution designed for engineers involved in the early stages of product design and development who seek to significantly reduce simulation time and cost. It is particularly well-suited for design and CAE departments across various industries requiring fluid and thermal-fluid analysis, including automotive, electronics, energy, and urban infrastructure.     This product supports a wide range of fluid simulations, including fluid and thermal-fluid analyses. It can be effectively used for automotive aerodynamic performance evaluations, in-cabin airflow studies, electronic board cooling designs, HVAC planning for plants and urban spaces, as well as battery cooling and thermal distribution in industrial furnaces. RICOS Lightning demonstrates its true value in scenarios requiring rapid evaluation of numerous design patterns during early development stages or when performance predictions are needed before prototyping.

    Powered by our proprietary AI algorithm “IsoGCN,” RICOS Lightning can generate fluid simulation predictions in just 10 to 20 minutes—dramatically faster than conventional simulations that typically take several days. The algorithm incorporates the characteristics of physical phenomena and handles complex 3D geometries, enabling a fundamental acceleration of simulation processes. Its user-friendly interface allows even designers without specialized knowledge to utilize the software effectively. High reliability of the simulation results broadens design possibilities and contributes to enhanced product performance.

Notices (English) RICOS Lightning is currently undergoing validation in collaboration with Suzuki Motor Corporation and Mazda Motor Corporation and has been adopted by Daikin Industries, Ltd.
