At our booth, we showcase solutions addressing design and analysis challenges, featuring our AI-powered CAE acceleration tool “RICOS Lightning” and CES Innovation Awards® 2025-winning autonomous optimization tool “RICOS Generative CAE.”
“RICOS Lightning” predicts fluid simulation results rapidly and accurately using proprietary AI. It considers physical phenomena, supports complex 3D and new geometries, and enables analysis in minutes. It improves early design efficiency, supports non-experts, expands design pattern evaluations, and enhances product performance.
Currently, “RICOS Lightning” is being validated with Suzuki and Mazda, and adopted by Daikin. Collaborations with other auto and electronics makers have also started. Applications include automotive aerodynamics, cabin airflow, PCBs, plants, HVAC, battery cooling, furnaces, and urban planning.
“RICOS Generative CAE” integrates proprietary CAD, automated simulations, and optimization to explore and propose optimal shapes. It has evaluated over 100,000 patterns in three days, enabling manufacturable design.
