Press (magnetic field forming press, electric precision forming press): Used to compact rare earth permanent magnet powder into green compacts with specific shapes under a magnetic field. It is the primary equipment for producing high-performance sintered NdFeB magnets. Applications include drive motors for new energy vehicles, wind power generators, industrial servo motors, consumer electronics (speakers, vibration motors), MRI, etc.

This equipment has a small footprint and enables fully automated production from feeding to sintering, with the capability to interface with a 50kg sintering furnace.
A glove box is installed at theManual operation station of the equipment to support small-scale experimental trials.
