  • Target Sector (English)

Rare earth permanent magnets and titanium alloys

  • Use Scenes (English)

The continuous vacuum hydrogen decrepitation furnace is used for hydrogen cracking of rare earth permanent magnet materials (e.g., NdFeB) in a sealed vacuum environment, preventing oxidation, enabling continuous production, and recycling scrap magnets.

  • Sales point (English)

1.For bulk or sheet alloy materials with a volume ≤20 mm³, used in hydrogen decrepitation and dehydrogenation processes.

2.The reactor adopts a rotating structure with no dead corners, and is equipped with rotary blade agitators to significantly improve the efficiency

3.Magnetic fluid sealing technology ensures reliable dynamic sealing during rotation, preventing gas leakage.

4.Automatic hydrogen filling protection upon power failure, along with an emergency power outage handling procedure, ensures comprehensive process safety.

5.Supports remote data transmission and PC-based monitoring, and can connect to MES systems. AGV/RGV automatic material loading greatly reduces labor intensity.

Notices (English) For bulk/sheet alloys ≤20 mm³, used in hydrogen decrepitation & dehydrogenation.
