Magnets that can be produced in complex shapes because they are injection molded. Since multiple magnetic materials can be selected, a wide range of magnetic properties can be accommodated. Because they are resistant to cracking and allow for minute molding and insert molding, they are widely used in applications requiring precision, such as from precision parts to high-sensitivity sensors. Since these magnets have properties that absorb water, care must be taken with binder selection and the usage environment. Among the selectable magnetic materials, the SMFeN material uses the export-restricted substance "Sm (Samarium)," but production countries other than China have now been secured, making it a magnet that can be produced China-free.

The magnet with the highest magnetic force. Although it originally had issues with heat resistance, improvements have been made, as evidenced by its adoption in HV (hybrid vehicle) engines. Taking advantage of its high magnetic force, it also plays a role in making existing products smaller and lighter. It is used in a wide range of fields, including automotive components, motors, and pickup devices. While anti-rust treatment has been applied, it is a magnet that rusts easily. Since its heat resistance is also somewhat inferior, caution is required in such usage environments. Some grades/materials are subject to export controls, but we can introduce grades/materials that are not subject to export controls (do not contain regulated substances).
