This device measures the weight of lubricating oil consumed continuously during engine operation in engine performance tests conducted on a test bench.
It is divided into a weighing section, an electrical section, and a display section. The weighing section consists of a weight measuring device using a high-precision load cell and weighing tank, an intake/supply trochoid pump directly connected to an induction motor, a reserve tank, and oil flow piping
, and is equipped with casters for mobility. The operation and display section is fitted with a display, output ports, a speed control dial, an operation control indicator light, and a temperature adjustment dial, and has a built-in load cell amplifier and filter circuit.

Customization Capabilities
This unit is designed to replace a vehicle radiator, providing precise heat exchange and coolant circulation for temperature-dependent performance testing. Its highly accurate temperature control enables excellent test repeatability.
Heating is provided by a built-in tank heater, while cooling is achieved through a heat exchanger using industrial water as the cooling medium.
The unit features a 35 L tank and an internal circulation system. Temperature-controlled coolant is supplied to the test specimen by a flow-controlled pump, with a temperature ramp rate of 1°C/min.
Comprehensive interfaces are available for external equipment, including alarm signals and analog voltage-based monitoring and control of temperature and flow rate.

The VF-87 Series is a bench test platform for EV/HEV motors, motor control units, and inverters, designed to improve operator safety, protect equipment, and increase testing efficiency.
High-voltage wiring, cooling water lines, and sensor connections are centralized on the tabletop, simplifying setup and standardizing test preparation. All energized parts are enclosed to enhance safety.
The tray-shaped tabletop collects and drains coolant in the event of leakage. Cooling water piping rated up to 120°C is provided as standard, enabling reliable high-load testing.
A standard safety shutter protects operators from potential component failures during testing. Transparent polycarbonate panels provide visibility, while metal side panels offer additional protection. Ø200 mm cooling duct flanges allow heat exhaust without removing the safety enclosure.
We also provide engineering support, including equipment integration, installation, wiring, piping, and sensor mounting.

FADS has been adopted by many leading manufacturers. It can be implemented either as a standalone data logger system for measurement applications or in combination with a control system. Additional functions and modules can also be added after the initial system installation.
Furthermore, the number of measurement points and measurement ranges for various parameters can be configured flexibly to meet specific requirements.
Analog and digital signals can be acquired by a PC and converted into corresponding physical quantities for display, storage, and printing.
Selected measurement and calculation parameters can also be output as analog signals.
By integrating a control system with the data logger system, FADS enables not only measurement and data acquisition but also automatic and manual control functions, providing a comprehensive measurement and control solution.
