We offer "EMSolution", our in-house developed electromagnetic field analysis software.
"EMSolution" is electromagnetic field analysis software that we have been continuously developing since the dawn of numerical electromagnetic field analysis. By independently developing and implementing advanced analysis technologies, it has earned high acclaim as a practical software solution capable of analyzing large-scale and complex 3D models with high speed and precision.
We have been quick to incorporate cutting-edge research findings—such as high-speed analysis methods, parallel computing, and continue to grow by keeping a close eye on market and user needs.
At our booth, we are showcasing the motor design tool “eMotorSolution” and the mathematical optimization software “EMSOptimizer.”
When designing equipment, even in cases where there are many configuration parameters and manual exploration is difficult, the algorithms developed by SSIL allow you to derive the optimal structure and parameters with a single command.
These tools are highly effective for reducing the man-hours required for the design of electrical equipment and for creating innovative design proposals.

Target Sector (English)
eMotorSolution is designed for engineers, researchers, and development teams involved in electric motor design and analysis.
Its primary users include manufacturers developing motors for electric vehicles (EVs), industrial equipment, home appliances, robotics, and other motor-driven products, as well as universities and research institutes conducting motor-related research.
The software is particularly beneficial for organizations seeking to reduce the time and effort required for motor modeling, winding configuration, meshing, and electromagnetic analysis.
In addition, its intuitive user interface makes it suitable for engineering education, technical training, and skill development programs. -
Use Scenes (English)
eMotorSolution supports the entire motor development process, from initial concept design to performance evaluation and optimization.
During the design phase, engineers can quickly generate motor models using built-in templates and evaluate different design parameters such as geometry, winding configurations, and operating conditions.
The software enables efficient analysis of motor characteristics including torque performance, back EMF, and d-q axis parameters, helping engineers validate and improve designs before physical prototyping.
By utilizing the Python API and integration with EMSOptimizer, users can automate large-scale parameter studies and optimization workflows, significantly reducing manual engineering effort.
eMotorSolution can also be used as an educational platform for visualizing motor operating principles and electromagnetic behavior, making it valuable for training and academic applications. -
Sales point (English)
eMotorSolution is a motor-design-oriented electromagnetic analysis environment built on the proven EMSolution simulation engine.
Its key advantage is the integration of motor-specific design functions that streamline the entire workflow from model creation to analysis and evaluation.
Key capabilities include:
・Motor template-based geometry generation
・Easy-to-use winding configuration tools
・Automated mesh generation
・Instant visualization of analysis results
・Python API for advanced automation and parametric studies
These features significantly reduce the complexity of model preparation and simulation setup, allowing engineers to focus on design improvements rather than software operation.
In addition, eMotorSolution supports seamless integration with CAD systems through DXF and CATIA interfaces and can be linked with EMSOptimizer for automated design optimization.
More than just an electromagnetic solver, eMotorSolution serves as a comprehensive platform for accelerating motor design and development.

EMSOptimizer is mathematical optimization software specialized for the design of electrical equipment. It automatically performs iterative analysis and optimization to efficiently search for the optimal structure and parameters that meet design requirements.
In addition to structural exploration via topology optimization, integration with eMotorSolution enables the optimization of motor parameters such as dimensions and winding conditions. Since structural optimization and parameter optimization can be freely combined, the software can flexibly handle even complex optimization problems.
Optimization processes can be easily executed via Python scripts and are simple to incorporate into batch processing, enabling automated exploration during periods when computers are idle, such as overnight.
Furthermore, EMSOptimizer is a Python-native optimization platform. Users can not only utilize the provided optimization algorithms but also implement and extend their own algorithms and evaluation functions. As a result, it can be used not only as a design optimization tool for practical applications but also as a research and development platform for optimization technology.
