We will introduce ultra-precise positioning technology for ordinary pneumatic cylinders sealed with rubber packing. We have developed a control method that reduces the positioning accuracy, which was previously limited to about 0.01 mm, to the nanometer order, a world first. We will be conducting a demonstration of the actual apparatus, so please come and see it.
