Takayama Co., Ltd. specializes in precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials and rare metals such as Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, and molybdenum. Using CNC turn-mill machines and machining centers at our own factory, we manufacture complex and high-precision machined parts.
Our main strength is components for harsh environments that require corrosion resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and high strength. We support parts for semiconductor equipment, chemical plants, fluid control equipment, vacuum systems, hydrogen-related equipment, and the aerospace field.
Difficult materials require advanced know-how in tool selection, heat control, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish. We provide proposals that balance quality, cost, and delivery, from material procurement to machining, post-processing, and inspection.
We also offer our original “RMS” Rare Metal Screws, made from Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, and other rare metals, for fastening applications where standard products are not suitable.
Please contact Takayama for precision machined parts, special-material components, and rare metal screws.

Target Sector (English)
RMS (Rare Metal Screw) is designed for customers who require fasteners made from special alloys and difficult-to-machine materials such as Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, and molybdenum. Our primary target customers are manufacturers and designers of semiconductor production equipment, chemical plants, fluid control systems, vacuum equipment, hydrogen-related facilities, marine equipment, and aerospace applications where exceptional corrosion resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength are required.
RMS products are ideal for applications where conventional steel or stainless-steel fasteners cannot withstand harsh operating environments involving corrosive chemicals, high temperatures, gases, or other demanding conditions. They are also suitable for customers seeking improved equipment reliability, reduced maintenance frequency, and lower risk of fastening-related failures.
In addition, RMS supports equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, research institutes, and R&D departments that need special alloy fasteners in small quantities and with flexible procurement options. -
Use Scenes (English)
RMS (Rare Metal Screw) products are used in applications where conventional steel or stainless-steel fasteners cannot provide adequate performance. Typical applications include semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chemical plants, fluid control systems, vacuum equipment, hydrogen-related facilities, marine equipment, and aerospace systems.
These environments often involve high temperatures, corrosive gases, chemicals, or seawater, requiring superior corrosion and heat resistance. RMS fasteners are manufactured from special alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, and molybdenum to ensure reliable performance under severe conditions.
RMS products are also suitable for prototypes, R&D equipment, and small-volume production where special alloy fasteners are required. -
Sales point (English)
A key advantage of RMS (Rare Metal Screw) is the ability to supply fasteners made from special alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, and molybdenum in small quantities with short lead times. These materials provide excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance for demanding applications where standard fasteners are not suitable.
RMS products are widely used in semiconductor equipment, chemical plants, vacuum systems, and hydrogen-related facilities, where fastening components must offer the same level of performance as the surrounding special-alloy equipment and piping.
With an established sourcing network and extensive experience handling rare metals, RMS can provide a wide range of materials and sizes efficiently. In addition to product supply, we also support customers in selecting the most suitable material for their application, helping solve fastening challenges in harsh operating environments.
