  • Target Sector (English)

This product is intended for air-conditioning blower customers.

The design differs from the conventional concept of a motor with a rotating shaft and is commonly referred to as an outer rotor motor.

    Main industries
    Data centres
    Commercial installations and buildings
    Industries requiring air conditioning

    Applications
    Fans for air-conditioning

The small size of the application allows the motor to be inverted in a space-saving manner in installations where inverterisation is lagging behind or where a separate inverter panel would be very large.

In addition, the absence of a shaft allows designs to be shortened in the overall length direction, which saves space for the entire air-conditioning unit.

  • Use Scenes (English)

The compact design and light weight of the ERH facilitates installation of the fan system, reduces assembly time and minimises errors.

The efficient design and high-quality components enable optimised energy utilisation and reduced maintenance.

This leads to cost savings over the entire lifetime of the system.

The strong demand for energy savings, mainly in data centre air conditioning, makes inverter operation a necessity.

Therefore, the ERH can meet the expectations of customers who require energy and space savings due to the extremely compact design of the inverter mounted on the motor.

  • Sales point (English)

The ERH is an inverter-equipped outer rotor synchronous brushless EC motor. This means that there is no need for gearboxes, belts or other transmission equipment between the motor and the cooling tower wings.

Compared to conventional motors, the ERH, with its new direct drive technology, offers no couplings, fewer maintenance parts, lightweight construction, quieter operation and a compact design.

This is a new solution for air-conditioning equipment."

This design significantly reduces maintenance and regular servicing of the coupled equipment.

By using a gearbox, the speed of the motor can be reduced and a higher torque can be achieved.

With normal general-purpose motors, it is difficult to achieve high torque at low speeds and even if theoretically designed, the motor would be very large.

CTDDs can produce high output in the low speed range while keeping their size down. This makes it possible to eliminate the need for reduction gears and belts."

Size / capacity (English) Output: 0.75 kw to 7.5 kw.
Speed: 1800rpm, 2400rpm, 2700rpm, 3000rpm
