Graphene Flower Blocks realize 1000W/m.K High Thermal Conductivity in the Horizontal directions due to world class thick Highly Oriented Graphite. It can be covered with plating or resin coatings for dust prevention and insulation. This can contribute heat transferring or dissipating for power devices which generate lots of heat and semi conductor making equipment which need strictly control of heat managment.
