The unique advantages of all-solid-state batteries make them well-suited for applications that are challenging for conventional lithium-ion batteries.Ceramic packaged all-solid-state batteries can be surface mounted on boards by reflow soldering.
■Supports a wide discharge temperature range from −50 to +125 deg. C and circuit board mounting*1
■ Enhanced durability and endurance compared to conventional batteries*2
■ High level of safety without risk of liquid leakage, explosion, or ignition
*1 It has been confirmed, based on test results, that there was no deterioration in basic characteristics such as capacity and load characteristics due to reflow at a maximum temperature of 245 deg. C. Please contact Maxell with respect to conditions.
*2 The Maxell conventional coin-type lithium-ion battery (927 size) can maintain 90% capacity for 10 days, while the all-solid-state battery can maintain 90% capacity for 100 days, based on accelerated testing at 60 deg. C

Transparent Noise Suppression Film [TC Type]
-TC Type is a thin, flexible EMC countermeasure materials compatible with 5G communication bands, suitable for the near-field of noise sources such as ICs, circuit boards, and connectors.
It supports frequency bands from several hundred MHz to 30 GHz (including high frequencies of Sub-6). It is transparent thin film with insulating adhesive, making them easy to wrap or attach, and are suitable for noise countermeasures for circuit boards and cables.
Thin Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Sheet for 76~81GHz
[LI Type] (Under Development)
-Supports millimeter-wave bands for ADAS radar. Provides EMC countermeasure materials suitable for the far-field. Covers both 76GHz and 79GHz radar frequency bands, making it suitable for controlling unwanted radio waves.
Sub-Terahertz Wave Compatible Transparent Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Sheet
[BG Type] (Under Development)
-This sheet can be used in high-frequency bands and is being developed as an effective absorbing material for future high-frequency electromagnetic waves (Beyond 5G/6G).
