　Simple structure; thermal stress can be accommodated with expansion joints. Suitable for low-temperature fluids.

The key features of the Home-Base Impeller can be summarized by three “S”s:

1. Simple [Simple geometric design]
Its simple structure enables short delivery times and cost-effective manufacturing. It is also easy to clean, making it suitable for multi-product, small-batch production.

2. Stable [Stable flow pattern]
Even when the Reynolds number (viscosity) or liquid level changes, the flow pattern inside the vessel during agitation remains highly stable. This ensures consistent productivity even with viscosity changes during reaction processes or fluctuations in production volume.

3. Speedy [Rapid mixing]
Compared to other impellers, it quickly establishes a uniform flow pattern throughout the vessel, enabling fast and efficient mixing.

Features of the Takasago Multi-Fit Shaft Seal Ring (TMS)

・Can be installed even if the shaft surface condition is poor or machining accuracy is not precise (excluding excessive wear or damage)
・Can be installed as long as there is space for gland packing
・Simple structure with a small number of components, making it resistant to failure
・Even if foreign matter is generated or adheres to the sliding parts, there is internal space in the mechanism, reducing the likelihood of contamination entering the vessel
