【Creating new value in the Japanese plant maintenance market through pulse laser welding】

We provide distortion-free weld overlay repair services using pulse laser welding, based on experience developed in Thailand.

Our parent company, DSI Laser Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is certified to AWS C7.4 and DIN EN ISO 14732:2013, and has extensive experience in repairing worn and damaged components such as shafts and gears in power, steel, and chemical plants.

The ALPHA LASER system performs welding through repeated melting and cooling cycles within approximately 30 ms, resulting in extremely low heat input and minimal thermal distortion. No pre- or post-weld heat treatment is required, and the heat-affected zone (HAZ) is minimized, ensuring high-quality weld overlay repair.

We have also launched an on-site welding service for large components that are difficult to transport, enabling repair directly at customer facilities or partner workshops.

In addition, we supply a wide range of welding wires compatible with various materials.
