　Today, we’re introducing a demonstration of the web management interface and App for “hakaru.ai by GMO,” an AI-powered service that automates meter reading and ledger recording. Simply by taking a photo of a meter, this service streamlines daily inspection tasks while eliminating errors in meter reading, record-keeping, and data entry.
　This service allows you to transition from manual meter readingstypically performed by visually inspecting and handwriting entries in paper ledgers to digital data management using just a smartphone, without the need for initial investments such as replacing existing meters or installing new equipment.
　During meter readings, simply snap a photo of the meter using the dedicated smartphone app. Within seconds, the recorded values are saved accurately to the online ledger along with the photo evidence. Since the data is stored in the cloud and accessible via a computer, you can check the status of on-site inspections anytime, anywhere. In addition to meter reading, we offer optional features that can be added to suit your needs, such as creating checklist-style inspection items and importing inspection data into existing Excel files.
