Mirocle Karte, our cloud-based maintenance management platform, is designed to solve these issues. With intuitive input on smartphones and tablets, records of daily inspections, repairs, and parts replacements can be captured naturally, accumulated continuously, and organized for immediate access.
At Mirocle Karte, we are developing AI that does not replace people, but leverages human expertise and supports human judgment. Based on this concept, we are expanding a series of field-oriented AI options that turn on-site knowledge into a shared operational asset anyone can use.
With the AI options currently available, on-site voice input can be corrected and guided by AI in real time, helping create accurate records while reducing omissions and inconsistencies. Based on accumulated records, the system can also quickly provide hints on similar past troubles and responses, enabling faster and more reliable initial action.
