In manufacturing sites and factories, CollaboView helps track worker locations and ensure safety in real time. It also supports monitoring the usage and location of equipment such as machines and tools, leading to improved operational efficiency.

CollaboView can be introduced without the need for special installation work or advanced technical expertise. This allows for quick, low-cost deployment without interrupting production lines.

Information is collected from BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) tags attached to people and objects, as well as from sensors installed on-site, via nodes (repeaters). These nodes relay the data to a gateway device, which then connects to the CollaboView system through the internet.

BLE tags and sensors communicate with the nearby nodes using Bluetooth. The nodes and the gateway are connected via wireless communication using the 920MHz frequency band. This band is ideal for manufacturing environments due to its long communication range, low radio interference, and strong signal penetration capabilities.

The collected data is visualized on the CollaboView dashboard in the form of easy-to-understand reports. By analyzing this data, users can explore ways to improve productivity and safety, as well as reduce dependency on individual workers by standardizing operations.
