Laminated Block Core
This laminated block core is precisely laminated using magnetic core materials for reactors and transformers used in solar power systems, EV chargers, and various power devices.
By leveraging proprietary technologies developed through magnetic head manufacturing and a fully in-house production line, we achieve high precision, low cost, and excellent heat resistance.

Applications:
Solar power conditioners, EV chargers, air conditioners, marine equipment, railway vehicles, various transformers and sensors
(e.g., supports lamination of 300 sheets of 0.1mm silicon steel)

Compatible Materials:
Silicon steel, amorphous alloys, nanocrystalline alloys, and hybrid laminations
