In order to solve social issues such as carbon neutral, environmental energy, etc. we started to solve such problems with the keyword of high thermal conductivity materials. In particular, we propose the application of hyper thermal conductivity graphite composite material -COMPOROID- by 1700W/mK graphite material for heat spreader components, various heat sink and thermal diffusion components to solve the issue of heat generation density of devices due to the increase in power consumption.
