We are pleased to introduce our all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery that is safe with no risk of fire.
It is ideal for use in areas where fire from devices is unacceptable or in areas where temperature changes drastically due to climate change.
Additionally, since it does not degrade even in an over-discharged state, it demonstrates its strength when combined with energy harvesting technologies where power supply is unstable. For example, it performs well as a battery for remote sensing devices used in infrastructure monitoring in areas where battery replacement by humans is difficult.
Because the main components—cathode, anode, and solid electrolyte—are all made of stable oxide materials, there is no risk of toxic gas emissions.
Utilizing our proprietary technology of glass softening, we have achieved a robust integration, leading to our all-solid-state battery with an excellent ion conduction path.
