DAICO MFG CO., LTD. provides a wide range of products, from research and development to mass production, based on its quartz glass processing technology. At this exhibition, we will introduce the next generation version of our products, “Next,” which has received many inquiries from customers in the chemical industry.
We will also introduce unit products that combine these products as examples of their applications.

Exhibited products (English)	Next①: UV-LED light source unit (D-TERASU® series) 　　　　This is an irradiation unit using UV-LED light sources, which are expected to replace mercury lamps used in chemical reactions. As an application example, we will also introduce photochemical reaction devices that utilize LED light sources. Next②: Quartz Glass Inline Mixer (DAICO Inline Mixer) This is an integrated mixing device with a mixer section formed inside a glass tube. 　　　　As an application example, we will introduce an image of stirring while irradiating in conjunction with an LED irradiation unit. Next③: Quartz Glass Products 　　　　With high purity, excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and light transmittance, quartz glass is widely used in the chemical field and takes various forms, including containers and other processed products. 　　　　As an application example, we will introduce glass containers optimized for efficient irradiation in photochemical reaction applications.
