Ukiki Moku Panel Wood Wall Panel fire-resistant (No flame retardant impregnation)
-
Specialities,Sales point (English)
These siding and decorative panels are made from semi-non-combustible cedar without impregnation with flame retardants. (This proprietary technology has been commercialized.)
Certified as a semi-non-combustible material by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The base material is cedar planks or cedar-cypress plywood (manufacturable with various regional materials).
Consists of a surface veneer, base material, and special fire-resistant layer. Base material can be made with knots (loose knots are not permitted).
Since they are not impregnated with flame retardants, they do not effloresce over time, are lightweight, and are inexpensive.
Can be finished with traditional woodwork paint or a natural paint.
Installation is comparable to solid wood and decorative panels.
Depending on raw material inventory, shorter lead times and mass production are possible. We are currently developing non-combustible materials.
We are seeking business partners and retailers nationwide.

This interior panel is made from silk, cedar, and hemp fabric. (Productization of proprietary technology)
Certified as a non-flammable material by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
Yarn made from natural materials, such as wood and plants harvested from managed forests both in Japan and overseas, is woven domestically into fabric. Wall and ceiling materials are manufactured using traditional Japanese washi paper and weaving techniques. It can also be dyed with natural dyes, such as indigo dyeing, a traditional industry in Tokushima Prefecture. Unique dyes allow for unique products. This decorative panel adds a colorful accent and is pleasing to the eye.
